At The Health Food Store we want to make it easy, convenient and affordable to eat right and buy the products you love. That’s why we are now offering subscriptions on ALL of our single flavor packs.

To subscribe to your favorite products, simply head to the product you are interested in and select the subscription option, you will save 20% on ALL products eligible for subscription. Choose quantity size and how many weeks apart you would like your orders. Your flavor and pack size can be updated or changed at any time throughout your subscription by logging into your account and managing your preferences accordingly.

Q: Will I save 20% on every order or just my first order?

A: You will SAVE 20% ON EVERY ORDER!

Q: I just received an email with a discount code. Can I use that discount code on my subscription order?

A: Discount codes are currently not applicable to subscription orders. 

Q: How often will my order ship?

A: It's up to you! We allow you to choose how often you would like the order shipped on a weekly basis! Choose from 1 to 8 weeks between shipments. For example, if you would like your order shipped monthly, select 4 weeks between shipments. To change the date in which your orders ship, simply login and manage your subscriptions accordingly

Q: When will my orders ship?

A: Your order will ship on the same day of the week it was originally placed and on the frequency (1-8 weeks) you originally selected. To change your ship date and/or frequency, simply login and manage your subscriptions accordingly.

Q: When will I be billed?

A: You will be billed every time the order is placed. You will not be billed, in full, upfront, unless otherwise selected.

Q: Can I change my subscription?

A: Yes! You can change your subscription flavor and quantity at anytime by logging in and selecting "Manage Subscription" to update your preferences accordingly. Please note changing your preferences may also change your pricing. 

Q: I moved, how do I update my address?

A: You can log in and change or update your address under "Manage Subscription" at any time. 

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: Did you know you can change, update, skip or pause your subscription at any time? To do so, simply login and manage your subscriptions accordingly. If an order has already been placed, you will be charged for that order. No future orders will be placed or billed after cancellation. To cancel your order, log into your account and select "Manage Subscription". 

Q: I would like to skip my order this week/month but still keep my subscription, can I do that?

A: Yes! To update the frequency of how often and when you would like to receive orders, log into your account and select "Manage Subscription"

Q: I used to have a subscription on your old Vitalicious.com site, is this the same thing and do my log in credentials still work?

A: Subscriptions on The Health Food Store are set up the same way they were on our old Vitalicious.com site. However, for security reasons, you will need to create a new account on The Health Food Store to sign up for subscriptions. 

Q: Can I add items to my subscription?

A: Yes! To add any item eligible for a subscription, log into your account and select "Manage Subscription"

Q: Can I purchase a subscription and a one time purchase item in the same cart?

A: Yes!

Q: My order was eligible for add on products, will I be subscribed to the add on products as well?

A: No, you will only be subscribed to the items you originally subscribed to. Add on items (unless bought in a single pack by themselves) are not eligible for subscription. 

Q: Am I able to subscribe to your Mix & Match Packs?

A: At this time we do not offer a subscription to our Mix & Match packs, but we expect to offer it in the coming months, so stay tuned!

Q: How much is shipping and handling?

A: If your order is $45 or more, shipping is FREE! Shipping is $10-$20 depending on your location if your order is less than $45.  

Q: How is my information being stored?

A: Authorize.net, our connected payment gateway, stores the credit card data. All connected gateways we work with are PCI compliant. The credit card data is handled by the payment gateways themselves. We do not touch any data that falls in PCI scope past PCI SAQ-A. We have completed the PCI SAQ-A form and are compliant. We then only store basic credit card details in the app (4 digits of the credit card), so you can reference this when updating your information as needed.
